Telesales Executive / Account Manager
Role:
The Telesales Executive / Account Manager role is telephone based, and will include cold-calling new businesses daily to build up your pipeline of accounts to manage. You will be selling a wide range of office products and providing account management for existing customers as well as upselling, cross selling and promoting special offers etc.
Requirements:
The ideal Telesales Executive / Account Manager will possess the following skills and experience:
- Cold Calling Experience
- The ability to work to sales targets
- An excellent telephone manner
- A high level of computer literacy
- A self-motivated, determined attitude
- The personality and likeability to build a rapport with potential and existing clients
- Experience of building long-term business relationships
